Lowongan Kerja PT Sat Nusapersada Tbk Batam - We are one of big and famous Electronic Manufacturing Company in Batam Island, Indonesia, is looking for candidates for the following positions:

1. Factory Quality Engineer

The competency and requirements are:

• Male, great spoken mandarin, good English writing/reading/speaking/listening skills
• Bachelor and above education background, major in electronics/communication/automation etc., good study and logic capability; fresh graduate will be considered
• Two years or above experience for quality managment of handsets or other electronic devices , familiar with ISO9001 quality manangement system
• Familiar with incoming material inspection process and methods, can handle incoming material quality issues from IQC and process
• Familiar with assembly process/ main quality checkpoint of handsets and other electronic devices, can handle process quality issues, and improve factory quality level
• Familiar with handsets buy-off inspection, can handle buy-off quality issues and customers' complaints
• Good execution ability and strong responsibility sense, great team work spirit, proactive and diligent, great spoken and writen presentation skills, good at handling interpersonal relationship;
• Familiar with commonly office software, such as Word, Excel, PPT, etc.

2. Inspector

The competency and requirements are:

• Female
• High schoole or above education background, fresh graduate will be considered
• Familar with handsets inspections methods and standards
• Familiar with process quality control and outgoing inspection process
• Inspect handsets according to inspection instruction, inspection specification, drawing, etc.
• Strong quality responsibility sense and logic, can solve problem independentlyFamiliar with Office software, can fill inspection report
• One year or above work experience for inspection  of handsets or other electronic devices
• Careful and quick, good English or mandarin skills are preferred.
